Somehow, as busy as I was…
I did manage to find time to sew. I completed a Twistr quilt top, and though I am considering adding borders to it, for now, it’s done. I used a layer cake of Sandy Gervais’ Lovely as well as about (roughly) 3-yds of Kona Snow, also cut into 10″ squares. (I don’t really know how much Snow I used. I just cut a pile of 10″ squares and when I ran out, cut more. So helpful, I know. Sorry.) Alternating the colored squares with the white gives lots of white space, keeping the quilt from being so busy, and makes it easy to use the pattern that comes with the Twistr tool and still make a big quilt without an extra layer cake.
